Who We Are
We are Terrie and Gene Lollis. As a 6th generation Floridian and a cattle rancher, Gene has a passion for the land, water, wildlife, and the agriculture industry.
Our Cattle and Operation
Our cattle are pasture raised with no added hormones or antibiotics. We also partner and help other local Florida Ranchers bring their products to the marketplace like ours their beef is all-Natural beef, and we also have Grass-Fed beef. We maintain the highest standards of animal welfare and believe that the best beef comes from happy and healthy cattle.
Continued Commitment
When COVID hit in 2020, is what lead us in this direction to start selling quality sustainable beef at farmer’s markets. A business that started to keep cattle production going has blossomed into a service business for our customers. We will continue our weekend farmers markets and answer the request of many of our customers to start shipping the BEEF to their homes. Our passion is customer service and satisfaction.
