From pasture to plate: 

This is our family subscription box, expect 14-15 lb of meat. It generally contains the following cuts but it can vary between weeks: 

3 lb of Stew Meat

2 Ny Strip Steak

6 lb Ground Beef 80/20

1 piece of Chuck Roast

1 pack of Sausage
